Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and accounting, payroll assistance - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area.
- Provide cusomter support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Coordinate and assist with various projects, including event planning and file management - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Utilize Google Suite and other software applications for documentation and communication purposes - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an office assistance/ accounting clerk or in a similar role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using Google Suite, QuickBooks, Excel and other relevant software applications - Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented approach Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
